Shipping Policy

Our shipping time is a standard 3 to 5 business days for processing and shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipment delays.

Please insure shipping addresses are input correctly at checkout to avoid shipment delays. In the event that a package has been returned as non-deliverable, a reship fee must be obtained in order for the package to be reshipped. 

We are NOT responsible for any undelivered/lost packages due to incorrect address. 

Custom Orders

Custom items are made to order. Please expect processing time to be between 3-10 business days. Processing time is NOT the same as shipping time. Please refer to email for tracking information and shipping updates.
